Siobhan Finan – Canada Post Corporation – Manager, Real Estate Sustainability
Siobhan Finan is one of Corporate Knight’s Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leaders and a Real Estate Sustainability Manager at Canada Post. Siobhan’s work focuses on strategizing and delivering projects to meet Canada Post’s Zero Waste by 2030 target. This year, Siobhan is managing a project delivering 80 zero waste programs to Canada Post’s largest plants and depots across the country. Siobhan is a TRUE Advisor, LEED Green Associate, and holds a B.Sc. Natural Resource Conservation from the University of British Columbia. Siobhan is based remotely from Whistler BC and outside of work, she enjoys connecting to nature by skiing, trail running, and mountain biking.
Ricardo Cardoso – Malpack – Chief Executive Officer
Ricardo Cardoso is the Chief Executive Officer of Malpack, part of Trioworld Group. An industry leader in the manufacturing, conversion and distribution of ultra high-performance films in North America. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Deloitte alumni with experience in senior managerial roles across a multitude of industries and functions including financial services, manufacturing, and risk management. Ricardo previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Malpack where he spearheaded organizational change and innovation in the advancements of technology, business processes, controls and in implementing cutting edge business intelligence across organizational departments. Under his oversight, Malpack continues to push the limits on its lineup of more sustainable solutions, with “Lean” products pushing the limits of source reduction, “Loop” products containing post consumer resin and leading the flexible plastic industry into circularity.
